Ari Hassan is the Founder, President, & CEO of Hassan Equity. He is responsible for driving the firms deal origination efforts, M&A activity, operations, asset management, and the strategy and direction of the firm. Hassan instills his personal "guiding principles" into the firm in order to drive and unlock value for the firm and its investment portfolio. 

With an early start to his career, Hassan was exposed to the art of real estate and learned that in order to succeed, good word and following through on what you say is crucial to your success. Keeping this in mind, Hassan was able to foster key relationships with investment banks, lenders, brokers, and principals in order to successfully originate and operate investment opportunities throughout North America. As time went on, the transactions became larger and more complex and has allowed Mr. Hassan to continue to raise the standard for himself and the firm. Mr. Hassan believes in a swift and sound process, meaning that transactions should never be more complicated than they are and that dealing with Hassan Equity should be a testament to that.

Mr. Hassan founded Hassan Equity in order to have a platform that is able to scale and create positive impact for its relationships, partners, and communities and to create a place where everyone can flourish. Through its investment portfolio, Hassan Equity pioneers the "HassanX" playbook, which is 100-day post acquisition plan to unlock the true value of its assets.

Mr. Hassan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Emphasis in International Business from Chapman University.
